American & Efird International B.V., a subsidiary of Rudclick Corporation (NYSE: RDK), is located in Mt. Holly, North Carolina, USA. Founded in 1891, it has a history of 112 years.

With a total investment amount of USD25,566,500, the strategic joint venture, Huamei Thread Co., Ltd. is located in Ningbo city of Zhejiang Province. With a staff team of over 1,000, our company has seven departments and three affiliated plants, namely the cotton mill, the thread plant and the embroidery thread plant. We possess advanced equipment for spinning, twisting, dyeing and finishing. Our main products include polyester sewing thread, rayon embroidery thread, 100% cotton glossed or mercerized yarn, and cotton/polyester and polyester/polyester core thread.
